How to Setup Events

You can set up and manage events for your organization. This functionality allows you to plan, organize, and coordinate various events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, or social gatherings. By setting up events, you can track important details like event name, date, time, location, agenda, and participants. This helps ensure smooth event management, effective communication, and successful execution of organizational events.

Step 1: Click the "button" create

STEP 2: Create New Event 

Once you click the create button, you can proceed to set up an event using the following steps:

Step 1: Select the branch associated with the event.
Step 2: Choose the department(s) related to the event, if applicable.
Step 3: Select the employee(s) involved or participating in the event.
Step 4: Enter the title or name of the event.
Step 5: Specify the start date of the event.
Step 6: Provide the end date or duration of the event.
Step 7: Select the desired color to represent the event visually.
Step 8: Include a description or additional details about the event, if needed.

By following these steps, you can effectively set up an event, assign participants, and provide essential information such as the event title, dates, color, and description. This helps ensure proper organization, coordination, and communication for successful event planning and execution.
